Entitled Couple Trespasses & Gets Shot

On September 13th, 2022, officers were dispatched in response to reports of shots being fired. They were informed that an individual had gotten into an argument with a male and a female and had fired his gun as a warning. The man showed them the spot where the suspect had tried to enter his home. Soon, the officers found the individuals in question. Shortly after, they were taken to the police unit. The male continued to argue with the officer. He began behaving very aggressively. The officers decided to wrap the suspect because of his behaviour. He continued to act difficult with the officers. The man continued to verbally abuse the officers. The man was charged with battery upon a peace officer, resisting arrest and concealing identity. While the victim was also charged with discharging a firearm.
