The Altmill is used for CNC woodworking, but also cuts many other materials such as plastics and softer metals like aluminum. It can also cut soft steels. Its powerful spindle, solid build, and large 49” x 49” cutting work area size make it exceptionally good for both hobby beginners and CNC business and production use.

The rapid acceleration and deceleration make 3d carving much faster than other CNC routers in its class. You will also see how the Altmill is set up for a 4th axis rotary for doing round projects.
