Trump is Gunning to Pass Concealed Carry Reciprocity for CCP Holders. Why Not Constitutional Carry?

I am very happy about this, however 29 states have adopted Constitutional carry laws. Why continue to give state governments the right to issue or not issue permits, when the FEDERAL right to keep and bear arms is enumerated in the Constitution? I say to hell with reciprocity...let's go all is and take the power away from the states and their liberal governors.
