A buyer from 4 years ago just contact me. They thought back then there was going to be a 2008 level crash and nothing happened 😅 so now they just want to stop renting since their rent has continued to increase since then

Sometimes you need a little time to figure out what you want but just realize that in real estate time is money. There’s only been six down years and real estate prices over the last 82 so chances are waiting a few years will cost you money. It’s never good to rush your decision.
