U.S. relations with Russia will likely change now that Trump is heading to the White House. Will they be better, or worse? There is much at stake. There are many hard-core neocon war hawks who want to see relations worsen. Trump's first picks for his cabinet raise concerns -- are the neocons using disinformation to make a comeback?
