Yamato Yuuki always wanted to be a hero. He idolized the superhero from his favorite manga. He was always there for his friend Haruna Hongou when the local bullies tried to mess with her. One day Haruna confessed to Yamato that she was moving away. She wanted him to promise to meet her one last time the day her family left town. A promise that Yamato promised to keep. Taking refuge at a shrine and feeling sorry for himself, a mysterious man approached Yamato with the offer of making his wish come true at the cost of his memories.
