**NOTE: I always tend to forget something when filming a video, and in this video I got ahead of myself and opened the petcock screw to release the steam before the canner cooled to zero naturally on its own. 🤦🏽‍♀️ By doing that that's most likely why a jar or two had liquid loss. Let the canner cool completely on its own to zero, once there then open the screw then wait before removing the lid and so on.
