Ep. 8 Confronting the past: Barry’s Bimbos Are Bombarded

As their relationship deepens, Barry and Jen are forced to confront their emotional scars, both as roommates and unofficial friends—perhaps even something more. During a candid conversation about their insecurities, Jen asks Barry, “Why do you date bimbos? You’re intelligent, you’re a doctor… why go for women you have nothing in common with?”

Barry hesitates for a moment, then shrugs and says, “It’s just fun. It’s easier that way. No chance of getting attached, no risk of getting hurt.”
