We all know that faith comes by hearing, but so do a lot of other things such as doubt, fear, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, hate, prejudice and so forth.
So, it is important to take care what we take in through our eyes and ears as much as it is to watch what we eat. The importance of what we see and hear which is the diet of the inward man. This is how we feed our inward being or our mind.
