Hello friends, I am compiling libraries to help people understand and help Mkultra, Targeted Individuals and Havana Syndrome brothers and sisters.

This is Part 1 of some of the links that will help people understand and may give them a little peace of mind knowing the truth and they are not mad or crazy, and hopefully their family and friends will stand by them in the knowledge that they are telling the truth.
