38-year-old man killed when tractor rolled on top of him

Bartholomew County Coroner Clayton Nolting says David Eckert, 38, was using a tractor to fill a hole with gravel and was positioned on a steep incline when his load shifted, causing the tractor to roll.  Eckert was pronounced dead at the scene.
