Indy facility that works with people with developmental disabilities has issues with broken A/C

As the heat index soars past 100 degrees for the third day in a row, an Indianapolis facility that works with people who have developmental disabilities is having issues with its air conditioning system.  The building is cooled by two air conditioning units - one of those units was replaced last year after it broke, but that unit doesn't cool many of the areas where Noble's clients work and learn.
