Specialty Bread Goes Stale To Fast, Do This Instead!

You spend time and effort making your specialty breads and if you are like me in a household of only 2 it gets stale after 3 days. Instead of baking in your normal baking pans try making your mix by following your recipe and bake in mason jars with the lids off. When done take out of the oven and immediately put the lids and rings onto your mason jars. Be careful the jars will be HOT! After a little while the lids will seal and the bread will stay moist for up to one year!! No more wasting food!
