Anime & Twitch Are BOTH Straight Up GR00MING

I knew Twitch was a breeding ground for leftists. I knew anime was weird. I've said for a long time that not everyone who likes anime is a creep, but every single person who is a creep is into anime. I dont watch that stuff so i just thought there was some weird ephemeral connection, but after this brilliant video essay from Think Before You Sleep I now see exactly how bad anime is for children, and by extention, how Twitch has a HUGE role in putting this stuff in front of children. Its NO WONDER there's so much weird sexual stuff coming from Twitch streamers when this is what's going on on their platform that requires no age verification and even when they do, is aimed at 13 and up.
