Does the same whisky from the same distiller taste different with each batch? If you're a big distiller like Tullamore or Powers, probably not. You're making a high volume of whisky, and your product is expected to taste the same from batch to batch, bottle to bottle. But what if you're a small distillery, making your whisky a single batch at a time? Where you take the time to label every batch on every bottle you make, and you only fill bottles from one single batch before moving on to the next batch? How does each batch compare with each one before it?

That's what we're going to find out! In this video, I have 2 bottles of Clonakilty Double Oak Single Batch Irish Whiskey. One is batch 20, the other is batch 21. Do they taste different? If they do, how much different? We'll find out together!
