[049] 4 Hydes

We've had a drop of Hyde together in the past. In fact, Hyde #3 has been on the channel 4 times prior to this episode, and 3 of the 4 bottles were featured in Episode 38. I decided to take them all off the shelf for this video because I feel like my palate has changed a little bit over time, and I wanted to see if my opinion of them had changed any since we last tried them together.

Hyde #4 is the newcomer to the group. It's finished in Barbados dark rum casks, and I'm eager to try it. I haven't traditionally been a fan of Irish whisky finished in rum casks, but perhaps Hyde will change that for me?
