No Bail For Violent Offenders In Temiskaming Region

A young gir, 16 years old was attacked in my area a few days ago.
Kaylie was going home after work when she was brutaly attacked. the guy waited at bus stop for her after work, ran her over with his car as she crossed the street going home, then he got out of the car & slashed her up with a machete. He severed her arm , slashed multiple parts of her body.
The bus driver and several neighboring houses witnessed the attack.
CPR had to be performed to revive her on scene.
The assailant was an 18 year old local that she had just broken up with.

Our Message to the courts: The community will not tolerate catch & release for violent criminals, we will not tolerate our system putting our children and community at risk.

The justice has placed a publication ban on court proceedings- WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO UPDATE ANYTHING ON WHAT HAPPENS IN COURT!
