Network TV stars falling as CNN prepares to fire.

There is a major shake-up afoot at CNN. There are reports that the network is preparing to do mass layoffs in the wake of declining viewership and hefty salaries. Over at MSNBC, the ratings news is no better with many of that networks' top stars experiencing a steep decline in viewership.
