Mock Ham loaf: our favorite meatloaf

Join me as I make supper; our favorite meatloaf!

Its called Mock Ham loaf since there is no ham in it, but it has a ham like flavor. And this recipe is easy to double, triple, etc.

Recipe:
1lb burger
1 pack hotdogs (chopped or ground)
1 sleeve of saltine crackers (crushed)
1 egg

Glaze:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 Tablespoon vinegar

Mix meat and 1/2 of the glaze and form into a loaf
Add potatoes and carrots
Pour the rest of the glaze over top (plus extra water if needed)
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
