Detailing blocks in Cities Skylines 2 like a developer would

I've been finding a lot of joy and peace in focusing in detailing my Cities Skylines 2 projects block by block using the props and surfaces tools. I've found if I approach these from a functional standpoint first to think about how a developer would work on these projects then it add a lot of realism and beauty to my cities.
