They pledged Alex and Infowars' judgements to the Sandy Hoax parents as collateral to buy Infowars. It wasn't the largest bid and they lacked the liquid cash to buy Infowars. Then closed Infowars without a court order. Against all rules of bankruptcy and the judge is livid.
