This is a spicy twist of the classic Manhattan cocktail with chili. 🔥

Recipe:
60ml-2oz BALLANTINE’S SCOTCH WHISKY
30ml-1oz SWEET VERMOUTH
15ml-1/2oz CHILI LIQUEUR
2 dashes PEYCHAUD‘S / CREOLE BITTERS
1 mist ABSINTHE

Stir all ingredients with ice. Chill and dilute. Strain into chilled coupe glass and mist a dash of absinthe over your drink.
