Gets the job done too, at great cost to itself and me. Shouldn’t have acted surprised when the airbags didn’t work. Didn’t get to keep the deer either.

Deer are rather good at the old “there’s a car coming, better get on the road” bit, especially at night. As such it’s a rather common thread of humor that they get hit.
