Technology has always been there only the so called elites have determined what technology is allowed in each civilization and what is not my guess is whenever technology came out that stunned people because it was so incredible they wiped out the civilizations shortly after that otherwise they would have lost control of humanity only this time it is different why the great awakening the good wins
