5th April 2018 supervised contact session between both children and their father in a contact center

This contact session took place in a contact center once again, between Gabrielle & daddy's birthday. They all seem to be in positive moods at the beginning & as this recording starts.

Daddy had surprised them by bringing a cake with smarties inside & some candles to sing happy birthday for both of them together with Ayrton, & he asked if he could record a video of it however, contact supervisor rejected his request & that he had to contact the office beforehand, something that wasn't explained to him before. Her suggestion would've meant that singing happy birthday, something that only happens once a year for each individual, wouldn't have been recorded but fortunately daddy had this covert camera recording. This comes across as rather inconsiderate & extreme considering there was simple alternatives to ensure this memory was captured to be treasured in the future.

Whilst daddy is laying out the table for singing happy birthday, Gabrielle notices daddy has a green tea drink. Daddy suggests for her to try it but she initially refuses. This is when daddy took the opportunity to explain that in order to know whether she likes it or not, she has to at least try it, & later on she does eventually tries it although disliking it.

When it came to sing happy birthday, after daddy's countdown Gabrielle tries to blow the candles instead of singing 😂. Ayrton gets greedy with what size slice & how many smarties he wants.

Whilst their eating cake, Gabrielle tells daddy about presents she received. Seems like the only presents she received were from mommy & her boyfriend, & 1 of mommy's friends. When asked if their aunts or cousins, grandad & step grandma bought them anything, it was clear they didn't care, saying to Gabrielle that they didn't have time to buy a present, clearly the lamest most ignorant excuse they could give, taking advantage of Gabrielle's innocence. Daddy then educates & enlightens them, explaining that it doesn't take much to buy a present & that if they couldn't, just give them money instead. Daddy upholds honesty as 1 rather fundamental value amongst individuals, for friendships or relationships to thrive, hence why he choose not to allow Ayrton or Gabrielle to be taken for a couple of innocent mugs. Even more so because of the amount of consistent excuses he had witness from some maternal family members for as long as he had known them. This clearly shows immortality & how low they would go to, how low they valued their children relatives at times. Their step grandma didn't even bother to turn up to Gabrielle's birthday party, which is a sure way to show how low value they place on Gabrielle, & sure to negatively affect her sense of self-worth & perception of what is or unacceptable in friendships or relationships. Daddy wanted to accurately point out how unacceptable & careless it was from her step grandma however he simply said that he didn't know what to say in order to avoid giving children's services a reason to reduce contact. Nonetheless, it surely wasn't in Gabrielle's best interests though.

After they were finished, daddy showed a good example of cleaning up after themselves before moving onto play etc, as well as reminding them to wash their hands & mouth in order to prevent contaminating toys etc.

At some point there is a moment when daddy displays genuine love for Ayrton as he kisses him on his head.

Shortly after, daddy reads a story to Gabrielle. Whilst reading this story, they all share a few laughs related to the content of the story. Throughout this while period, Ayrton is extremely intrigued & focused on eating his share of the cake, trying to get maximum satisfaction. Ultimately, it becomes rather funny how much he has dedicated himself to that.

Gabrielle goes onto choose another book to read whilst Ayrton continues to indulge himself. After Ayrton finishes, daddy tries to get him to have a story read to him, offering alternatives but Ayrton simply doesn't want to this time. This recording ends with daddy still reading a story to Gabrielle whilst Ayrton finds ways to amuse himself.

Tgis contact session doesn't raise any concerns in regards to daddy's integrity as a parent or his ability to meet Ayrton & Gabrielle's needs or wishes.
