FOOD & RESTAURANTS IN SÃO PAULO!

In this video, we share with you some of the most typical dishes in São Paulo. We start with the very famous Pernil sandwich which is a pork sandwich known in São Paulo. We tried this sandwich at the Estadão Restaurant which is one of the old restaurants in São Paulo and has been serving this sandwich for over 50 years. The sandwich, the staff, the juices that we tried at this restaurants were extraordinary and we absolutely loved everything. Next we tried a Mortadella sandwich at a a restaurant in Mercado Municipal which is actually called Mortadela Brasil and has one of the best Mortadella sandwiches in the city. Our next stop was the oldest Padaria in Brazil and in São Paulo called Padaria Santa Tereza. This place has been open for over 150 years; since 1872. We had lunch there and it was a great meal. Next place was called O Pasquim which is where we tried one of the most traditional dishes in Brazil and not just in São Paulo which is called Feijoada. Feijoada is made all over Brazil and it is a mix of beans, bacon, Brazilian Salami which is called Calabresa, pork meat, and other types of meat all mixed and cooked together. As a side dish you each Feijoada with rice, slices of Orange, Kale, Farofa, etc. It is very tasty and you get an explosion of flavours in your mouth and it is also very filling. Our last stop was at a pizzeria called Veridiana. Even though Pizza is not a typical Brazilian dish, due to the influence of Italian immigrants in São Paulo, you can find some of the best pizzas in the world in São Paulo. So, we decided to include a pizzeria also in our food vlog for the typical food in São Paulo. We were definitely satisfied with our choice since the pizza at this place was unbelievable. The dough of the Pizza was prepared to perfection and even though we ate 2 large pizzas (There are 8 slices in each large piazza!!) we were not feeling heavy and we still managed to also have dessert!! The food is absolutely delicious and excellent in São Paulo and we hope you enjoy the video :)
