Skybound Transformers Issue 13

Greetings wicked peoples! I have issue 13 of Skybound's Transformers for you today. I originally thought the main star of this issue was 86'd in issue 7.... am I glad I was wrong. Because now I can bless your ears with the lovely voice of STARSCREAM yet again!! Now if you read this before the video hits a certain mark- there is an audio warning-
If you read this afterwards...well, I'm sorry for screaming in your speakers- it's StarSCREAM after all...

Anyhoo... this issue and the next are drawn by Jason Howard with Jorge Corona will be returning for issues 14 thru 18 that I know of. This issue starts the third arc of Skybound's run.
