Rep. Justin Sparks (110-Wildwood) is a former law enforcement officer and Deputy U.S. Marshall. He just won reelection to his second term serving the 110th District in Missouri, but now he’s taking on a new challenge. The GOP conference has seemingly settled on the next leaders to be elected when the Missouri legislature is sworn in come January, but Sparks is saying it’s time to change the status quo.
