WW3 - Biden's Parting Salvo?

Biden has authorized Ukraine to use long range missiles into Russia. The importance here is timing. Whether the war is real or not, the notice could signal the beginning of more parties getting involved and create the real foundation for World War 3. This is coming on the heals of word that Russia and Ukraine wanting to come to the table after Trump won the Presidential Race. Is this Bidens way of sticking it to both Kamala and Trump? Will it give her wartime powers and keep the Trump Administration out of the White House? This is going to be something to keep our eyes on.
