A Notice of Liability was delivered to the director-general of the World Health Organization and individuals at the W.H.O. on May 6th 2024. The document declares that the WHO caused great harm and is responsible for spreading false information regarding COVID and the COVID-19 Vaccines by allowing known experimental COVID-19 Vaccines to be distributed as "Safe and Effective" when they knew that these were insufficiently tested SARS-CoV-2 genetically modified organisms (GMOs) falsely termed ‘vaccines’ that would cause great risk to the public.
