Judge Cancels Fani Willis Argument

The Georgia Court of Appeals will not hear oral arguments in former President Donald Trump’s attempt to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from his election interference case. Trump’s appeal cited a judge’s statement that the case carried an “odor of mendacity” due to Willis’ alleged improper connection with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.
