BRAGG STANDS DOWN after Merchan delays to Nov26-Bragg NOT opposed to 4y pause-Proposes DEC9 Deadline

[CORRECTION: Merchan didn't delay the sentencing again (already delayed to the 26th), he delayed his ruling on whether he'd vacate the verdict given SCOTUS' immunity ruling. He said he'd do that by today, BUT HE DIDN'T, he adjourned the hearing without saying why, and then Bragg's announcement came. ]
