Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani says President-elect Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial should’ve been dismissed from the start for failing to list the underlining felony in the indictment. “They waited until the end of the case, they hadn’t settled on a felony, and the judge came up with four. And we don’t know if the jury was unanimous of any one of those four,” he says. “The case should be summarily reversed and Merchan should be tossed off the bench, and he should be disbarred—not me.”
