2020 Seasonal Influenza led to Obama's 2020 Pneumonia Pandemic via Federal Law and the implementation of Antibiotic Stewardship Programs in all US Hospitals and Healthcare facilities.

The Obama 2014 Executive Order restricted Antibiotics specifically for Community-Acquired-Pneumonia through the Federal Law and implementation of Antibiotic Stewardship Programs in Hospitals and Healthcare facilities throughout America.

News reports are citing increase in Walking Pneumonia cases around the US. The C19-vaccine-injured have compromised immune systems that allow their own Upper Respiratory Tract Bacteria infiltrate their lungs and developing into Pneumonia. The problem is that there is a Federal Law as of 11/29/2019 that went into effect, which was originally signed by President Obama on 09/18/2014, which is an Executive Order, now Federal Law that forced Hospitals to implement an Antibiotic Stewardship Program where all Antibiotic Prescriptions had to go through a Head Infection Control Officer, Physician that had to issue a Preauthorization for whether an Antibiotic would be approved for therapy/treatment. Due to Obama's EO/Law, Hospitals were restricted to prescribe Antibiotics specifically for a Community-Acquired-Pneumonia diagnosis.

There were Antibiotics from Macrolides like Azithromycin to new and approved Antibiotics that were more broad-spectrum range that were restricted and Fauci stated that the evidence of HCQ and Azithromycin were anecdotal.

This was purposefully orchestrated, planned since the early 1990's but initiated by Obama in 2014.
