FSB detains German citizen linked to explosion in Kaliningrad

The Russian FSB has apprehended a Ukrainian man with German citizenship who was involved in the explosion of a gas pipeline in Kaliningrad in March 2024. The suspect was detained while re-entering the Kaliningrad Region from Poland, and during the inspection, FSB officers discovered liquid explosives in his car.
