West Tampa Tobacco Co. is founded by Rick Rodriguez who was the former brand ambassador and blender for CAO. He is behind some of CAO's most popular lines such as the Amazon Basin and the CAO Flathead. The West Tampa Tobacco Co. Red is made in Nicaragua with a dark Mexican San Andres wrapper, Nicaraguan tobacco used for the filler and binder. This cigar has notes of black pepper, earth, and cocoa. Medium to Full.
