Congress pass these now" Dick Act" & "Pretend Act"

The story of a man pretending to be a woman in congress, inspired this video. We need to protect all women and girls from these people, and so I made up these two acts " Dick Act" & " Pretend Act", both are designed to protect women/girls while allowing for pretendsexuals to indulge their fantasy. The "Dick Act" prohibits penises from women's spaces and the "Pretend Act" prevents people under 21 from pretending to be the opposite sex via chemical and or surgical means.
