Capstone A New Approach To Managing Email Records NARAs Internal Implementation

This presentation explores NARA's own implementation of the Capstone approach, led by NARA's Records Officer, Susan J. Sullivan, CRM. Susan shares information on how we planned the approach, stakeholder involvement, implementation steps to date, and lessons learned that might help other agencies who are considering implementing their own Capstone approach.
