Better That You Die - A Song by Angry North & Boris's Bitches

This is a song about Medically Assisted Dying / Medical Assistance In Dying or (really) State-Assisted Dying. Laws supporting and enabling this seem to be being putting into place all over the world for some strange reason.

The right to die is a difficult, complicated subject. I can certainly understand why many good people argue for these laws and systems to be put in place.

The concern I have is where governments get involved in making death happen. That's a very dangerous line. Problems happen, "creep" happens, and the danger is that it turns from "right to die" into "pressure to die", or just "you're going to die"....especially in the context of a global push to "reduce carbon" (including population).

That's what I've tried to describe in this song.
