Autumn Apple and Walnut Cake! Soft and EASY to make 😋

🔻 INGREDIENTS 🔻
4 apples
Juice of half a lemon
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
1/2 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
1/4 cup (50 ml) water
1 1/2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
Lemon zest
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup (70 g) walnuts
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes.
