The man arrested for gun charges outside of a Trump rally in California is speaking out against the officers who arrested him. All comes after the Riverside sheriff says his office probably stopped another assassination attempt. But as we told you just last week, 49 year old Vem Miller has since filed a defamation suit against those claims. Eight news now reporter Ryan tisky with more of Miller's words.

He never shot them and would always let the police know he had them that never led to any issues, until 10 days ago, when he told Riverside County Sheriff's deputies about his guns when he was parking at a Trump rally, this has caused complete chaos in my life. I've never had to hire body guards to protect me, but this is the new reality. Miller calls Sheriff Chad bianco's action a political ploy to further a supposed gubernatorial campaign. I reached out to the Riverside County Sheriff to see if they have a response to any of Miller's claims, and they said they acknowledge the lawsuit, but cannot comment on specifics because it is pending litigation. They say they're committed to transparency and will fully cooperate with the legal process for now, Miller plans to go to an undisclosed location and lay low Ryan to ask you eight news now. Miller also claims his parents are facing an eviction notice that he says was issued to them after of this arrest, after the property manager heard the news, Ryan reached out to that property manager about the eviction, they say they can't comment on the status and say Miller statements are inaccurate.
