Keep the country, country!

In this video I discuss the problem of NYC firms buying farmland in distant states to develop into housing developments. Most of the time the infrastructure is not in place to keep up with the building. Also point out that illegal immigration is a big factor in the "need" for new homes, as they occupy millions of would be vacant homes.
