Grateful To God

God is always with us, always wanting to be a part of the all of the everything of our lives. I am so grateful for God, our Father God, Who is, was and has been all in with us. He is good. I am so grateful today for His goodness.

Sometimes a part of golf is waiting to tee off, especially when the course is in its busy season. God always finds those moments of waiting to speak to us, those quiet moments in-between where we are going and where we are waiting to go. God takes advantage of every moment He can get our attention to speak to us because He desires that personal relationship with us. God is so good in the way that He is constantly pursuing us.

God is so good and it is hard to even wrap our minds around His goodness. I am so Awe-GOD grateful for His goodness and grace, the mercy of God that keeps pouring out to us, in that way in which we don’t deserve it, but He mercifully keeps drawing us to Him.

Our Father God puts His whole heart into us, this is how good He is to us. Do we put our whole heart into our relationship with God? The goodness of God is all around us, He never leaves us nor forsakes us. God is always giving us those things that delight our soul. Golf is one of those things that delights my soul, it is a time of soul replenishment for me because I enjoy it. God has given me the time, the provision, the health, and the strength to play golf, as He cares so much about us, even to the little things that delight us and bring us pleasure, that is how good He is to us. God is good. God is good in the big things of our lives, and God is good even to the every day details of doing life with us. God is good! I am grateful for my Father God! Awe-God Grateful.

How could we not love God with our whole heart? He loves us that way? We have God’s full attention. I am so grateful for that about our God. His goodness is pervasive in our lives, all around us, abundantly so. God loves us in that whole-hearted kind of way and desires that we would love Him that way too. Gratefulness expressed is such a beautiful thing to God because He knows that opens up the way of peace for our soul. Being grateful is a pathway to peace!

How can we keep from being distracted so our whole heart is all in with God? It begins with being grateful. So today, think on these things and let your Awe-God gratefulness increase and speak that God gratefulness to Him in praise and thanksgiving. Worship God with your whole heart, be grateful to God.
