Federal Court Justice Angus Stewart recently ruled that Hanson violated 18C of the Racial Discrimination for telling Greens Senator Mehreen Faruqi to ‘piss off back to Pakistan’ in response to Faruqi’s slur against the late Queen Elizabeth II.
