How God Can Work Wonders Through Our Weaknesses to Glorify Him | Sam Shamoun

The Quran and Hadiths often depict a god who seems less concerned with personal human struggles or disabilities as a means of showcasing divine power through human weakness. Instead, there are numerous instances where physical or moral shortcomings are met with harsh judgment or even punishment, rather than divine empowerment or compassion. For instance, in the Quran, there's a lack of narrative where Allah uses human weaknesses to glorify Himself in the way Yahweh does with Moses. In fact, the Quran states, "And certainly, We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein" (Quran 50:16) - here, the focus is on omnipresence rather than on using human limitations for divine glory. Similarly, in Hadith, the focus is often on following the Prophet Muhammad's example, without much emphasis on God using personal weaknesses for His glory.
