Mushroom prep for freeze dryer

I sliced up my hint of the woods mushroom that I found the other day. in preparation for freeze drying I flash froze these and I'll bag them up. when my wife gets around to it she will play season the freeze dryer, freeze dry them. freeze drying them makes them last up to 25 years if stored properly. this is just an informational video do not use it to identify mushrooms on your own.
