The full moon welcomes us to become more aware of what is occurring in our lives & it is a time for letting go of anything that's no longer serving us. Practicing yoga during this time helps to refresh, rejuvenate, & release & built up tension in the mind & body. The full moon also invites us to embrace feminine energy - energy that is cool, relaxing, & flowing. Join me for this yoga flow on the full moon.

1)Sky reaching pose
2)Forward fold
3)Press handstand (with straddle, frog, scissor variations
4) Heros posture with heart opener
5) Cow pose to heart melting
6) Side lying leg lift to one-legged wind relieving posture, to leg extension for hamstring stretch.
