The man arrested for gun charges outside of a Trump rally in California is speaking out against the officers who arrested him. All comes after the Riverside sheriff says his office probably stopped another assassination attempt. But as we told you just last week, 49 year old Vem Miller has since filed a defamation suit against those claims. Eight news now reporter Ryan tisky with more of Miller's words.

also claims his parents are facing an eviction notice that he says was issued to them after of this arrest, after the property manager heard the news, Ryan reached out to that property manager about the eviction, they say they can't comment on the status and say Miller statements are inaccurate.
