B567 – Nov 17, 2024 Finish the Race

In the Bible, the Apostle Paul compares our life as Disciples of Christ to running a long and sometimes difficult race. Those who learn to trust Yehovah and are led by His Holy Spirit, will have trials and testing, but can come through the difficulty and receive the Crown of Life as their reward.

Yehovah reminds believers that testing is how progress and maturity are measured and that if they stay focused on the prize and the blessings that He has promised, He will provide the strength to be an overcomer and finish the race of life, as long as we are running the race on His Course and with His Help.

Everyone that has decided to follow Yeshua needs to do their part and let the Holy Spirit identify barriers and hindrances that can make the journey more difficult and be willing to let them go from their lives. We must evaluate our situation everyday and make sure that we are focused on the right things and that we are not wandering off the course into something that will not lead us to the finish line.

Trust in Yehovah with all of your heart and do not trust in your own abilities. Cry out to Yeshua and accept His free gift of redemption for your life and be filled with the Holy Spirit of Yehovah. Trust in the Plan that will never fail!
