TODAY'S REAL LIFE COCKTAIL:
Luxury Cocktail

3 ounces good brandy
3 ounces chilled champagne
2 dashes orange bitters

In a 6 ounce champagne saucer...

pour in the brandy
add the orange bitters
top up with the champagne

Stir gently

Ani's note: this works best when the champers is very well chilled :-)
